Morning Service

We all begin the service together – children, youth and adults. The children and youth then have the option to leave for some activities before someone speaks to us in the light of a Bible reading. When the whole service is over we spill out into the Overflow area at the back of the church for hot/cold drinks and biscuits. The children and youth rejoin us in the Overflow area. All are welcome.

The St Luke's Summer Holiday Club will this year have the theme of 'Superhero Adventure'! Superheroes are never far from screens, magazines and our imaginations. Superhero Adventure is a programme of children’s activities run by St Luke’s Church, featuring Bible stories, drama, games, music, craft and refreshments… and The Watt Family! Family Picnic

As part of the St Luke's Summer Holiday Club 2017, we would like to invite the whole family of every child attending to a special Family Picnic on Thursday 31st August from 5 pm. There will be more fun and games, and a chance to see some of the things the children have been up to. Please bring your own picnic food. Soft drinks will be provided.

Engage happens on the second Sunday of every month and provides an open and informal time of engaging with God. The time's loosely made up of an extended time of sung worship followed by a short talk or series of testimonies intended to offer encouragements and insights into our lives with God, and there's always time for prayer.

Dads & Tods is a great social space for men with babies and ‘pre-primary school age children’ to gather and enjoy a sausage or bacon butty whilst claiming "dad's on duty!" It follows a relaxed format involving free-play, refreshments, stories (usually from the Bible), children’s songs, games and craft. All dads welcome.
